Knowing the health and safety risks associated with your buildings and estate is a key part of your overall health and safety requirements, as set out in the Health and Safety Work etc Act 1974 (HSWA) which is regulated by the Health and Safety Executive (HSE).

Our health and safety team will work with you to identify and help meet your requirements in relation to your existing buildings and during construction projects.

Our services include health and safety audits and risk assessments, to facilitate in the definition of health and safety policy, its implementation and continual monitoring.

As an integrated consultancy specialising solely in education estates, our health and safety team work closely with our building surveyors, M&E engineers and architects, allowing them to bring together all the elements that contribute towards buildings health and safety. If our health and safety experts identify areas for further investigation, our wider team will be available to support in the delivery of additional surveys or expert advice on your buildings.
