Description: You will work closely with building surveying and architectural teams to deliver refurbishment and new build projects, as well as estate strategies in the education sector. This role offers the opportunity to develop and build existing and new client relationships with potential for an Director/Associate career path.

Principal Designer

Description: We are seeking a Principal Designer to support our team in ensuring that all health and safety requirements are met on construction projects. Additionally, the role involves developing new estate strategy initiatives within the education sector.
Responsibilities:
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations on construction projects
Develop and implement estate strategy initiatives for educational institutions
Collaborate with project teams to integrate safety and design standards
Conduct risk assessments and provide guidance on health and safety issues
Monitor project progress to ensure adherence to safety protocols.
Qualifications:
Extensive experience in health and safety compliance within construction
Strong understanding of estate strategy development
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Relevant qualifications in health and safety and design management
Experience in the education sector is advantageous.
Architectural Technician
Location: Leicester
Description: We are seeking an Architectural Technician to provide architectural assistance in developing robust technical designs for education sector buildings and refurbishment schemes. Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit is beneficial.
Responsibilities:
Assist in creating detailed technical designs for educational buildings and refurbishments
Collaborate with the architectural team to ensure design accuracy and feasibility
Utilise AutoCAD and Revit for drafting and design purposes.
Qualifications:
Experience with AutoCAD and Revit
Strong technical design skills
Previous experience in the education sector is a plus.
